There are times when clowns cry tears not of joy
The same as me and you
Those who prance and dance with great big smiles...
They are but human too...

A psychiatrist once to a depressed patirent said
That Grimaldi he should see
For a good laugh would solve all his woes:
The patient replied "I am he!"

So when the world and its woes lets you down
Makes you wistful and makes you sigh
Shed a tear or two, its normal and right
For even the clowns cry.
