Silence is gold

After 6 weeks of non stop academics ,life it seems, has just pushed up those hydraulics.

The break feels like a breath of fresh air.The gears go down and everything you do slows down incessantly.You feel like you enjoy every breath you take in.Its a time for contemplation on the things that has happened in the last 6 weeks.To sit down under the stars ,next to your campus ice-cream par lour and think about the events of the last 6 weeks sucking over a piece of 4-rupees raspberry ice-candy.

A lot of things have happened in the last 6 weeks to begin with ,although I do not know how much ,I have definitely lost weight.The pants keep coming down and my worst nightmare is that on day this will happen in public.All those waist size pants I had bought have become hip sizes and all those shirts are starting to get loose.But the greatest bit is i am doing it without any effort.You know what i guess this is the secret to life ,When you want something very deeply and keep grabbing at it you always seem to keep going away from it.But when you let it be there and enjoy what you have the thing that you desired comes to you.

I have learnt a lot about people and people have learnt a lot about me.They have taught a lot of stuff in the passing.They told me that i have a very low attitude which makes me being taken for granted.I thought maybe they were pulling at my legs.But still I gave it a thought and realised how true they were.I have been never taken seriously all through my life ,whenever i tried to say something to somebody i was always taken for a joke.I was that soft and cushy thing that everybody took for granted.Well of late i decided to stop and give the dogs a stare back and you know what? At last i could squeeze some respect out of them.No more will krishnan be the courtesy king!!.So that means attitude in the right measure gives you power over your mind and that of others.

Lastly i have learnt that i have a really bad sense of timing and that ruins all those jokes i try to crack in public so of late i am really up close to know the meaning of the sentence
“silence is gold”.
