Terms of Use dated 15 December 2002.
Terms of Use for using service provided by WritersToYou.

WritersToYou are providing a web service for spreading written works ("the service").
"Users" are persons who use the service, eg. by visiting the web site www.WritersToYou.com.
"Material" is any material that the user by using the service receive or read or share or upload to WritersToYou, eg. by the service's function "Publish".

1. Information about the user
As a user you undertake to in any contact with WritersToYou, eg. when registering, state true information, eg. name, address, email.
You also undertake to inform WritersToYou any changes to any such information.

2. Handling of information
You approve that any information you provide about your person will be stored digitally.

3. Spreading material using the service
As a user you can use the service to let WritersToYou spread material digitally, eg. by using the service's function "Share my work".
You undertake:
- to only spread material to which you have the full copyright
- to only spread written material, ie. not photos, pictures, music, software etc.
- to not spread any adult, pornographic or racist material

4. License
The user gives WritersToYou a non-exclusive (ie. the user can also give a license to others, eg. publishers or other web services) and a non time limited license to spread any material the user have provided to WritersToYou, eg. by using the service's function "Share my work".
WritersToYou may change layout and add information, eg. about WritersToYou, to the material.

5. Copyright
Any immaterial material, eg. information, photos, software, provided by the service is copyrighted. The user undertakes not to copy or spread any of this material.

6. Suspension of users and deletion of material
WritersToYou may without motivation at anytime permanently or temporarily delete material and/or suspend users.

7. Limitation of WritersToYou's responsibilty
WritersToYou offers a free service. WritersToYou should not under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss or damage caused, direct or indirect, or any related costs.

8. Validity and changes to these Terms of Use
These terms are valid from 15 December 2002 and forward.
WritersToYou may change these Terms of Use at any time. Current Terms of Use are always available from WritersToYou.
